Loudon County Fence LLC was established in 1973 and is a local and family owned company that services Knox, Blount, Loudon and most surrounding counties here in East Tennessee. We specialize in industrial, commercial and residential installations.

LC Fence Leadership Team

Bill and Amanda Morris – Owner/Operators

Bill, an entrepreneur from a young age and a former Seabee in the US Navy, acquired LC Fence over 20 years ago and grew it from 800k to 20mil in annual sales by striving to be the best in the business. Together with Amanda, a Lenoir City native and Registered Nurse turned outstanding business partner, they have raised two children, Will and Megan, who are all playing key roles at LC Fence today. Bill and Amanda continue to reside in Lenoir City and help deliver the best fencing services available.

Tracy Layman – Senior VP

Tracy is the Senior VP that oversees all installation scheduling, from commercial to residential, and serves as the lead estimator for commercial and industrial jobs. A graduate of Hiwassee College, he has been married for over 35 years and is a father to Tiffany and Austin, residing in Sevierville, TN. With over 30 years of experience in construction, the last 20 focused on fencing, he has worked alongside Bill, building a wealth of expertise in the field.

Boone Moody – VP of Operations

Boone is the VP of Operations and a Tennessee Wesleyan College alumnus with a BS in Business. As a native of Lenoir City, he rose through the ranks from a laborer to overseeing the daily operations of the business, covering everything from sales to installations. With over two decades of knowing fencing inside and out, it’s no wonder he’s such a vital player, not only in the big-picture success at LC Fence, but ensuring that every fencing job is a success. Married for 17 years, he and his wife are the proud parents of two children, Caleb and Noah.

Jeff Jones – Lead Residential Manager

Jeff, who has served as the lead residential project manager at LC Fence for nearly ten years, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. Before joining LC Fence, Jeff honorably served in the US Army, showcasing his commitment to discipline and excellence. Following his military service, he pursued an education from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), further equipping him for success. Jeff now lives with his beloved wife and their three children in Athens.

Jim Morris – Residential Project Manager

Jim is an awesome project manager for our residential customers at LC Fence, bringing over 5 years of dedication to the team. A Karns native, he served in the US Army post-high school and holds a degree from Roane State. With a diverse sales background spanning 40 years across various industries, Jim's vast experience enriches our approach to things and ultimately our customer satisfaction even more. He is a proud parent to Mariannina and resides in Sweetwater, TN.

Tedd Pennoyer – Sales

Originally from Ohio, but living in Knoxville for over 30 years now, Tedd has been an awesome new addition to our sales team. He brings years of valuable construction and sales experience to the table. Married with four sons, Harry, Archie, JP, and BK Tedd mainly focuses on assisting our residential customers with the best options and service to meet their fencing needs. Being an overachiever, he also helps with managing and knocking out the chaos of daily overflow tasks.

Julie Davis – office Administrator

Julie, who began her career as a receptionist over six years ago, has risen to the key role of office administrator at LC Fence. She keeps us straight, manages payroll, tracks weekly sales figures, and makes sure we are keeping up with all the new customers who want the best fence around. Born in the Philippines and relocating to New York during her early years, her path happily led her to Knoxville in 2017. Julie loves spending time with her new husband as well as her fur babies and feathered friends which include all of her rabbits, chickens, cats, and dogs.

Amy Murphy – Office Mom

Amy, originally from Ireland, has journeyed across the US, experiencing life in various places before discovering her true home in Kingston, TN, in 2016. As the newest addition to our office staff, she has quickly become such an important part of our family, even earning the title of "mom" at LC Fence by remembering all the birthdays and loving to feed us during the holidays and other special occasions. In addition to growing our hearts and bellies at work, Amy also grows a stunning garden at home.

Melissa Blalock – Accounting

Melissa is Amanda's sister, further maintaining the culture of our family owned and operated business here at LC Fence. With more than 35 years of crunching numbers under her belt, her wizardry in accounting has made her an indispensable part of our team. What started as a part-time gig during the busy seasons has turned into a full-time role because, let's be honest, we just couldn't do without her stellar organization and accounting skills. Melissa is a Lenoir City local and UT graduate, now living in Knoxville with her husband and two sons, Ian and Grant.
